Baykee solar inverters monitoring

  • Read data over Modbus RS485 using 32 Raspberry PI 3B (with CH340 RS485 to USB converter) from 32 geographically scattered solar inverters.
  • Presented data on local HMI based on the same Raspberry PI desktop installed on sites.
  • Converted data protocol and same Raspberry PI started acting as SNMP v1 & 2 clients for network monitoring servers.
  • Made the same Raspberry PI act as a gateway to relay data to the IOTCloudware SCADA server over WebSockets.
  • Deployed IOTCloudware SCADA server on customer’s VPS. Used HP Proliant Gen 7 machine with dual hexacore processors, 32GB RAM, and Ubuntu server as an operating system.
  • Developed customized web dashboards with live values, reports, historical trends, alarm logs, alarm notifications via SMS and emails.

Thal Jute Energy Monitoring System

  • IOTCloudware SCADA was deployed as an energy monitoring system for one of Asia’s largest Jute Mill (Thal Jute), 650+ machines of sorts, 3MW+ load, 5 LTs
  • Read data from 61 ENTES energy analyzers over Modbus RS485 networks using 4 Raspberry PI 3B’s (with CH340 RS485 to USB converter).
  • Raspberry PI’s acted as gateways, they acquired data over Modbus RS485 and relayed to IOTCloudware server over WebSockets.
  • Deployed local IOTcloudware SCADA server to act as an energy monitoring system. We used Dell precision T5600 (dual Hexa core processor and 16GB RAM) and Ubuntu desktop for the server.
  • Developed customized web dashboards with live values, 32 types of auto-generated reports, historical trends and alarm logs. Checkout documentation link for more details.
  • IOTCloudware SCADA server was configured for 5 web clients per customer’s specifications.

Sefam Remote Genset Monitoring

  • The following system was developed and deployed to facilitate a textile conglomerate SEFAM with 321 company-operated geographically scattered outlets to support them with Genset fuel auditing, Genset related energy analytics and to support predictive maintenance activities.
  • Installed the Technoton DUT-E-232 level sensor in genset’s fuel tank. Used raspberry Pi (with 232 to USB converter) to acquire data over RS232 serial.
  • Installed Pilot SPM-33 energy analyzer on power out from Genset. Used the same raspberry Pi (with CH340 RS485 to USB converter) to acquire data over Modbus RS485 from the energy analyzer.
  • Made the same raspberry PI relay acquired fuel and energy data to the IOTCloudware cloud platform using WebSockets.

Agility Logistics Smart Environment Mointoring

  • This system was meant to facilitate Agility Logistics (an international logistics company) with continuous environment monitoring over the cloud, to support them with auditing, to get rid of passive data loggers, to support them with smooth operations, to provide visibility to their customers and to safeguard their customer’s products from any environmental anomaly.
  • Installed Finglai RH & Temperature sensors in the warehouse. A total of 12 sensors, a set of 3 sensors for each sensing point. Used 4 raspberry PIs (with CH340 RS485 to USB converter) to acquire data over Modbus RS485.
  • Made those raspberry PI relay acquired temperature and RH data to the IOTCloudware cloud platform using WebSockets.
  • On IOTCloudware cloud platform, developed customized web dashboards with live values, various types of auto-generated reports, historical trends and alarm logs. SMS and Emails are triggered to stakeholders in case of any alarm. Checkout documentation link for more details.
  • Delivered IOTCloudware android mobile application

Temperature Monitoring of Muller & Phipps

  • This system was meant to facilitate Muller & Phipps (most renowned pharmaceuticals Distribution Company nationwide) with continuous temperature monitoring locally in form of multiple HMIs and overcloud, to support them with auditing, to get rid of passive data loggers, to support them with smooth operations by raising audible horns and to safeguard their customer’s products from any temperature anomaly.
  • Installed PT100 Temperature sensors in refrigerators, hooked them up with Fatek MCR20 PLC using the RTD input module.
  • Acquired data from Fatek PLC using raspberry PI IOTCLoudware gateway (with CH340 RS485 to USB converter) to acquire data over Modbus RS485.
  • Made gateway raspberry PI relay acquired temperature and alarm data to the IOTCloudware cloud platform using WebSockets.
  • Same Raspberry PI acted as IOTCloudware protocol converter i.e. acted as Modbus TCP Master to serve data to Raspberry PI being used as IOTCloudware HMIs
  • Developed customized HMI application for two Raspberry PIs to act as IOTCloudware HMI
  • On IOTCloudware cloud platform, developed customized web dashboards with live values, various types of auto-generated reports, historical trends and alarm logs. SMS and Emails are triggered to stakeholders in case of any alarm. Checkout the documentation link for more details.

Raspberry PI Altivar VFD Monitoring

  • It was for demonstration in an industrial exhibition we participated in
  • We acquired data from VFD using Raspberry PI (with CH340 RS485 to USB converter) to acquire data over Modbus RS485.
  • Raspberry PI acted as IOTCloudware agent to communicate data To and Fro between VFD to IOTCloudware Cloud platform and ultimately its user
  • Users can access live data through web dashboards and mobile applications and manipulate VFD in real-time.
